2. Unauthorized Marketing Restraints: Affiliate network members are strictly prohibited from utilizing unauthorized, defamatory, illegal, or deceptive content channels to distribute customized tracking links. Engaging in unsolicited blast mailers (Spam) is completely banned.

3. Ledger Accumulation & Payout Threshold Boundaries: A minimum accumulation barrier of exactly $100.00 USD must be completely reached and verified within the pending commission database ledger before any external financial payouts or withdrawals can be triggered.

4. Platform Protection & Total Administrative Sanctions: Partners must consciously adhere to the absolute operational interests of Peternality Ecosystem Services. Any configuration of affiliate policy circumvention, fraud, or duplicate account indexing grants the Peternality Marketing Management arbitrary discretion to instantaneously ban or completely wipe the partner profile, permanently closing security nodes and fully forfeiting all accumulated revenue balances.
